Condition: Excellent vintage condition

A beautiful vintage Japanese handbag intricately covered in tiny glass beads, featuring a striking three-dimensional peony motif in contrasting blue  silver-grey beads. The layered, raised beadwork gives the petals wonderful depth and texture against the darker charcoal beaded background.

The reverse is more understated, with a smaller coordinating floral motif, making the bag beautiful from every angle. Its structured silhouette, elegant metal frame and fully beaded handles give it a refined vintage character.

Large enough to be practical while still elegant, it works beautifully as an evening bag, but can also be styled with contemporary daytime looks—tailoring, denim, silk trousers or a minimalist dress—for a more modern contrast.
